VOLUNTEER SIGN UP:

  • Here is where you SIGN UP for your volunteer hours for

    • CALGARY and

    • LETHBRIDGE 

      • The volunteer commitment per dancer is the following:

        • One (1) pre-show activity or project like working in wardrobe or fixing sets AND

        • Three (3) shows working back stage

        • Loading the truck (pre- or post- show) counts as a show, working a casino shift counts as a show

  • Wardrobe always needs help. Please contact our Dir. of Wardrobe June directly anytime via email: junefarrar@shaw.ca. Wardrobe is also open on the weekends during the rehearsals. ​

  • Also, please make sure you start your background check and submit your application and/or current valid document (needs to include the vulnerability sector check) to us. You can ask Lisa Dareichuk for more info and also submit your documents to her (lisa_dareichuk@shaw.ca).

WARDROBE FITTING SCHEDULE:

Request from wardrobe on Nov 21: 

Final call for all wardrobe pieces to be returned to the wardrobe room as soon as possible! Wardrobe Volunteers are organizing and packing for our shows in Lethbridge this weekend. Dancers, please keep your shoes in your own dance bag.

Contact June F for drop off, 403-401-2104. The truck leaves on Wednesday evening. Thanks so much, June.
